Job Description
Providing practical assistance to the Directors and staff for 15 hours a week based on a five day week.
This will entail the use of email, Word and various cloud-based software systems including Xero.
The successful candidate will act as general administrator for the business and also act as support to the 2 Directors.
Key elements of the role include the need to be flexible and personable and the ability to work quickly and accurately with minimum supervision.
Key Duties
·        Research
·        Managing Diary entries
·        Report processing
·        Online filing
·        Expense posting
·        Compliance with company policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015
·        Undertake the role of Company Data Protection first contact
·        Adherence to all H&S legislation
What we look for:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
IT Skills
·        Word (intermediate)
·        Powerpoint knowledge
·        Quick typing speed
·        Ability to learn Excel, Xero, and other cloud-based systems for time capture, sales, CRM etc (NB training will be provided)
Experience
·        A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; training on specific systems will be provided
·        Use of own initiative
·        Ability to work alone at times
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £7,500.00 /year
