What are the Benefits?

The client ensures current processes are captured formally and agreed as valid before embarking on a process, system or supplier change. Opportunities for process improvement are reviewed and the input captured before final review with the client. Post Implementation Reviews provide detailed feedback to clients on the adherence to expected processes as well as any process improvements made by a supplier or new operation.

Implementation in the area of logistic services cover a wide variation in the scope of change. Labyrinth has extensive experience of implementations involving warehousing and transport services including changes to IT platforms, TUPE transfers and new builds. Labyrinth's Director, Jo Godsmark, is a chartered mechanical engineer with 15 years of logistics outsourcing experience and the Labyrinth team includes Lynn Parnell of Logistics Partners who has extensive IT implementation experience.
